Congrats on making more more progress than I did.
It is my understanding that in their fix after the issue where players were getting sparks earlier than intended, they had to flag some characters so they wouldn’t receive sparks in the following week(s). It looks as though some characters got that flag who shouldn’t have. Now they’re gaslighting us and telling us we can’t count.
I was told that I am not missing sparks, but I have no way to craft a second item and I am capped. This guy is trying to tell me that 2.5 sparks is the cap right now. It’s 3.5.
This is Specialist Game Master Vannthur.
I am sorry that we could not get back to you sooner. We currently have a high number of tickets and are working as quickly as possible to get to everyone as soon as we can.
With the issues we’ve had with the Fractured Sparks of Fortune, I took extra time to run very thorough searches on Sharpangesi, then I triple checked the results to see if we were missing anything.
From the results, we do see that the quest “A Sparkling Fortune” took two Fractured Sparks when it should have taken only one. That one was sent to you on 2025/03/21 and it was retrieved from the mailbox. This is the only one we could verify was not received due to a known bug and is the only one that we will provide.
As there are no other known issues with receiving Fractured Sparks at this time, we will not grant another and Sharpangesi will have to do weekly activities that award a Pinnacle Cache to get another.
This is the only answer that we will provide, so we must consider the matter fully addressed at this time even if we could not provide the desired outcome. I am closing out the ticket completely at this time.
Thank you for contacting us. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns related to your Battle.net account.
If you continue to experience issues, you can reopen this ticket. If you have a new or separate issue, please submit a new ticket.
Make sure you complete our survey to let us know how we did.

The problem is that they’re right. There wasn’t a bug causing me to not receive more sparks - My character was flagged in a bug fix to not receive more when I was never ahead in the first place. Unfortuneately there is no process to report an issue like this. The bug has long since been fixed.
/dump C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(3132) returned equal ‘quantity’ and ‘maxQuantity’ values upon logging in on reset day for the last two weeks. This is how I am 2 weeks behind. Today is the first day those values weren’t equal, and I was able to get a fractured spark.
