I was informed it was an intentional feature. If you are in a coven and switch you are unable to transmog the armor of that coven. Same goes for the PvP gear is what the person that answered my Ticket told me at least.

Said they are looking into a workaround but as of now it’s how it’s intended.

Absolutely annoying because I have a shield that’s my best in slot and figures it’s from Necrolord while I’m an angle boy now.

Bug fixed! It is on my character at least. Took forever but thanks anyway blizz.
