So it has been 5 days still no feldrake.Yes everything is linked properly. I got my pet no issue. Also besides not having recieved my Feldrake pet. If you go into the mount tab page and search for FELDRAKE nothing even comes up. Doesnt show that it is even a mount. I have gone back and forth for two days with the ticket people who keep giving me the same address and dont even read what i wrote. It is honestly like talking to a wall. I see hundreds of people with the exact same issue whats the next step to get Blizzard to address this???

the system is over loaded from overone trying to claim at same time, i got mine instantly but i also started my timer and click claim as soon as the event went live
yea its jsut its bugged in game too. feldrake doesnt appear as a mount there is clearly something bugged and hundreds have posted on the forums and put in tickets about it

So many Fel Drakes being handed out they’ve gone from awesome to mundane. Pity Blizzard didn’t give away Blizzcon Bears instead, would have been a far better advertisement. But wait, that would have pissed off people who went to the con. Easier to screw TCG players I guess.

have you at any time changed your twitch password?
If you changed it at any time before event, the connection between blizzard/twitch was no longer there, even if the progress bar is showing
I’m thinking it’s totally random. I didn’t bring a stream up until the second day and also got it instantly.
Nah, It’s better this way. I like the idea of people thinking a mount is work 3k getting dunked on.
Save people from spending stupid amount of money on pixels they will never use
I got my use out of it before this fiasco. Going forward I doubt I’ll ever bring it out again for fear someone might actually think I watched Twitch.

Their system dont work as intended
Im still waiting on my dragon kite pet yet i got my feldrake and all support as to say is i need to make sure my account are liked wich they are prouved by the feldrake.
I really don’t care much, doesn’t work in the new expansion anyway.
I am going to be tilted actually if they just ignore my ticket as well, like just give me the feldrake already. I clocked in my 4 hours on time just like everyone else.

yea they ghave me the same repsonse twice ignoring my photos i sent showing everything is linked,. i feel like they dont speak english./ i want a blue post to address this,. there are tons of tickets and post about this theyhave to know it is an issue why the silence…why people get mad at this company

Make a new Twitch acc and rewatch the 4 hrs. Link that to your WoW account. Tickets can’t do anything because this is a bug on Twitch’s end.
Then move your thread to customer support.
You have 2k achievement points. Unless this is an alt, the tcg handouts will never affect your 20 mount collection. Be mad at something else.
