I completed 7/7 for the Zuldazar MSQ, have established all 3 footholds, completed the initial island expedition unlock quest, am level 80, and friendly or higher rep level with Talanji’s Expedition/Voldunai/Zandalari Empire, but I still don’t see WQs on my map. Wtf else I gotta do to unlock these things??
I figured this one out on my own, for anyone that is in a similar situation. You have to take the MSQ quest from Magni called “A Dying World”, contrary to what other people have said in recent years. After it’s compete, you open “Uniting Zandalar” from Nathanos on the docked ship.
