Just as I expected, I’m still without an invite. From what I hear, Blizzard has already sent out two waves—‑and the second one was pretty big—‑yet I’m still the unlucky one left on the sidelines. Here’s hoping the next round finally has my name on it.

I don’t remember the last beta I was invited to despite opting in for every beta since original MOP. RNG do be RNG.

Almost certain at this point there is a price point per account for Beta access. Been playing since 2007 and have never gotten an invite, but I’ve never bought anything from them other than the monthly sub. Try blowing a few thousand on the shop and see if that works.

This is not even close to correct. I have been in almost every single beta and have only paid a monthly sub for the most part.
Also I say for the most part because I also buy gametime with gold via token.
just become a streamer and you get the streamer benefits. On a serious note, blizzard should look at playtime and give beta access accordingly. The fact that they’re giving streamers beta keys is fine but I guarantee many players are better and have played more than them that still havent received a key. They should go by playtime that way they know who are the dedicated players who will actually benefit them for playing on the beta. The first beta invites were 100% not RNG. They probably had someone hand pick the first 100 based on how prominent they were in the wow classic community. Almost every single streamer or youtube creator for classic got beta invites week one.
