I recently rejoined the game after a few year gap. I found my Exalted Shadowlands rep down to neutral. I have the achievement and gear I can’t wear anymore. I saw other posts about this, which recommended opening a ticket. However, I can’t find a way to open a ticket anymore. So, I guess this is my option.
Same, resubbed to find my Shadowlands reputations resetted despite having the achievements, titles, pets, mounts, transmogs, currency, companions leveled, Covenant features unlocked. Worst part is opening a ticket and getting gaslight with talk about achievements being acc wide and warband rep =/= character rep, then getting hit with the ‘did you race change recently’ and so on. Absolutely zero effort on their part to actually solve this, and the fact its been going on for MONTHS and they STILL don’t know what happened or how to fix it or anything aside from ‘be patient :)’
Are you kidding me? If we remain quiet, this issue will NEVER be solved and well, too bad for us that got f-ed over by their warband bugs. It’s ridiculous. This is not some small indie game company and we pay them monthly for THIS? Maybe when a post blows up on X about it they’ll actually do something.

Supposedly this happened initially with TWW launch stuff. So … it’s been like 16 months?
Just get told to report it to the bug forum.
Continue to light up the bug reports. Example of a easy copy/paste bug report. Replace dates with your achieves.
In game, hit “Esc”, choose Support, select “Submit feedback or bug report”, detail out the bug.
Example text:
“Max Reputation Achievements:
The Enlightened earned 4/26/22
The Archivists’ Codex earned 10/06/21
Death’s Advance earned 8/12/21
Trading Partners earned 1/21/21
Court of Harvesters earned 1/14/21
Undying Army earned 1/12/21
The Ascended earned 1/03/21
The Wild Hunt 12/16/20
None of these reputations are being honored by their respective rep vendors nor do they show in the reputations tab of any of my characters.”

The last GM I spoke to got a bit testy with me while telling me that I have to have patience and it gave off the vibe of “stop bothering us.”
Well, bother the devs and get them to fix my reputations and I won’t bother you anymore!
It’s not even listed in known issues, so it seems like no one is listening.
Not their job. And you carping at them can’t make it their job.
And “testy” means you’re in danger of having your account banned for GM harassment.
It’s not their job to report bugs to devs? News flash to me. Why do I report bugs and submit tickets then? Actually that makes a lot of sense when a lot of things don’t get fixed.
And considering after my initial question, I asked a question about why I got an EU GM responding to me and if something was wrong with my account itself, yeah them being testy was undeserved.
But what is your suggestion then? I’m all ears.
You wait. Or you fix it yourself the hard way by redoing those reputations. Or you quit.
You can’t compel them to fix a bug.
Appreciate the advice.
Instead though, I’m going to keep posting about the bug until they fix it. Figure since that’s what the bug forums are for, and it is part of their job, might as well.

One thing that can help is if everyone who are affected by this reports the bug. Numbers of affected players is a big input into how bugs are prioritized.

Yes, continue to report this as a bug. Its insane its been active for this long.

16months is a long time for this bug.
I’d like all my rep back that I earned in 2020/2021 please.
