how many days since it has been released and it is still bugged?

Blizz is on holidays. They’ll probably fix next Tuesday.
In the meantime you can get it if you’re persistent enough.
It’s annoying that the encounter is still bugged, but there are some work arounds to get it if you join a group that knows what they are doing.

I’ve got to put 2 characters from 2 different accounts in there to get the gems.
Happens also with fathom dweller.
Hope everyone can get it.
It will be buyable when you get it once. Just have to keep trying… it took me 40+ kills.

Put in war mode and solo the mob
Don’t let him charge up the path at all, walk around and keep him in the back of the room

I am just glad that it worked on the first day so whoever actually got the gem can now buy it and send it to alts. Sucks it broke the day after.
