Still haven’t received battle pet from Warcraft Rumble

I did the requirements a couple days ago, even got the notification in Rumble that I unlocked the Battle pet in WoW, but I still don’t have it

Be sure to check your filter settings in your Pet Journal. Gnomelia will arrive as a present to unwrap.

Just to get the obvious question out of the way – Did you collect the rewards in the game itself?

I had already claimed my Hearthstone back and Gnomelia – but when I just checked the app again I had more to claim.

In my case, I had to

1. Beat the tutorial
2. Sit through all the fireworks and flashy flashy ('coz it’s a big accomplishment dontcha know)
3. Collect assorted rewards and upgrades
4. Leave the game and then force the app to quit using the Android settings
5. Re-enter the game and acknowledge a new prize popup saying I had earned the WoW gift (and the Hearthstone one, big whoop)
6. Enter WoW and play the game for about an hour before the gift hit my collection.

Same here. My WOW account and Rumble are both linked. I clicked both SWEET and CLAIM. I have signed in and out of both games multiple times. I do not get any pop up saying I have rewards (as I have already claimed them). I also did not get the Hearthstone card back. I have tried both the iPhone app, and Mac app. I completed the sigil probably 20+ hours ago.

I tried that solution, but doesn’t work for me. The popup has only happened once, and I haven’t seen it after the initial one.

ame thing happened to me, I saw the message the first day, pressed the claim button and continued playing for a while, next day I log in to world of warcraft to claim the pet but so far nothing… help uncle blizzard.
(I add that I already reached heroic mode and I have several minis at level 9)

I am in the same boat here. I played and finished the tutorial on 11/02, and hit the “sweet” button on the pop up when it said I had earned the pet/card back. Still nothing in WoW or Hearthstone.

Same here. Clicked Claim few days ago nothing so far. I’ve relogged many times ect etc no gift to unwrap i checked that many times. Rumble is linked to my Bent same account as wow

Same issue here - I saw the pop up on 11/2 and clicked the button. But days later I still don’t see the pet in WoW.

Same issue here. I completed the requirements and got the popup just a couple hours after the US release of Rumble. I’ve also found that it’s impossible to properly submit a ticket about it as none of the categories work and the various “not listed here” choices all have various restrictions that prevent this issue from fitting the format.

Same for me, I went and continued to play and almost done with the 3rd zone. Start up wow with no pet in days, I do the same thing for my wife, but just through hogger no further, worked like a charm for her.

Would be cool if I can just rest the whole game and start over.

Same here. I unlocked the achievement in Warcraft Rumble and claimed the pet and I still haven’t received Gnomelia in game
