I don’t think it’s fair charging 5000 for something you just click . Im providing everything and you are just clicking a button.
Was prepared for 250g which was what I tipped for my Lariat.

That’s fine, keep the gold. You’d be replacing it in a few months anyway.
Gear goes up and down like a yoyo, gold is the true endgame.
Then level the profession yourself and click your own button?
I love how people who do not level professions complain about paying for a service.
5000 wouldnt be bad at all if it could guarantee r5 but its always
“can you place requirement at r4 , it needs inspiration proc”
then youre stuck trying again like 5 times… zzzz
idk if this crafting thing was supposed to foster a better social aspect in the game but it fails at that lol
It costs a lot of gold to be allowed to press the button.
hey internet stranger
random not related comment but you’re avatar is so pretty!
Thanks
It cost me ~250-300k to get the mats to level my profession ontop of the weekly stuff I do everyweek for the profession knowledge.
While for you its something to just click, for me its a minimal cost for the provider for the fact that they don’t have to pay for the upfront cost just to craft the thing in the first place.
I can’t comment for everything, but the only way to Guarantee 418 weapons is complete skills ups in everything that gives +skill to the weapon you’re trying to craft, R3 materials, and an insight (even then you can’t do it with Stats + Embellishment, its either or) and I’d be asking for a lot more then 5k cause Mettle isn’t infinate
Where as for a Inspire Proc, I’d be asking for T2 Materials (Primal Molten Alloy T2 is ~280g vs 1,300 for T3 rn) and only ask for 1k per recraft.
You’d have to fail ~6 or 7 times before you’re spending more gold then if you went for the T3 mats.
I think I’ve “tipped” 25k total for the 3 crafted items I have.
That was on top of the materials cost for the things I couldn’t provide myself.
People think the crafters got to the point where they can reliably (within 1-4 attempts) crank out R5 items easily? I didn’t bother to do it myself, so I can appreciate the time other players have spent on their professions.
Damn, I didn’t notice.
my weapon is r5 with embellishment. was 5k initial tip then 1k per attempt at having it proc.
honestly its the back n forth that i dont like. id be down to pay double for guaranteed r5
I’ve currently got a 40% Inspire Chance, so generally it shouldn’t take more then 3-4 attempts to get a proc
Generally from what I’ve seen is upwards for 30k for gurantee with an insight.
Like I said, Mettle ain’t Infinate
Then could make the back and forth a little easier for sure
Eh just keep posting, i got all mine for maybe 500g?
btw do we ever get more than 5 or is it done now?
the RP the lady did when i got my 5th made it sound like it was over and done with.
Because they werent complaining about hunters like usual.
It depends on what it is for me. If it’s a weapon I don’t mind tipping 5-10k for 402+ item level stuff. If it’s a trinket, same, but that’s because both have big power attached to them. If it was armor or anything else I only tip like 2-3k per craft namely because they just aren’t as powerful or as rare as weapons and trinkets are.
If it’s rings/necks, treated the same as armor really.
You get them randomly now just doing content, I don’t know if you played back in Legion but they had the legendaries the same way in Legion as you will see the sparks being done now. Doing world bosses, instanced content.
