It has been more than 10+ days and still no fix on the Crimson Glad Neck socket issue. I cannot socket it. Considering all the server maintenance this has still not been fixed. People who bought the necklace prior to last patch have all been able to socket the necks. How long is Blizzard gna let this continue. They dont even answer my ticket. Lol considering this game has to be purchased and pay to play their service should be more on the ball. At least respond the tickets. Im sure they have plenty of well paid staff that should be able to do their jobs properly.

Don’t quote me on this but I believe the only way to get socketed pvp gear is from the vaults. Otherwise I dont think the tierrd medallions work on conquest/honor bought gear
completely not true. in addition to that not being true, i got a neck from the vault last week that’s bugged and won’t let me socket it.

Well I did say to not wuote me on that. I don’t do much pvp and only went off of a small smidge of research. If it is indeed a bug it wont be squashed for a good while

I play this game with 2 friends who socketed their neck piece traditionally with the tiered medallion setting bronze-silver-gold. So it has to be a bug

I think there was an old blue post about it stating it wasn’t intended but unsure of when a fix will be implemented. Key phrase I think but I also think that was quite some time ago too.
This needs fixing. I don’t pvp but it sucks for those that do and want to be able to upgrade their items.

this is a very real bug we have been dealing with for a week now I have 3 char that only PvP 2 of them socketed the conquest neck piece one of them cannot equip the sockets. They responded to my ticket saying they fixed it Tuesday for me it still not working

Glad to hear im not the only one, but i do find the service laughable considering they are saying they fixed it when clearly it is not fixed.
I feel like since the last few patches and we had the big server shut downs several days in a tow that things are just screwed up.

they fixed the new items that were purchased. those who bought it before will be stuck with the item because they don’t want to fix it.

My case, in 2 characters, I can’t add socket in the conquest helm. Both have already transformed with Catalyst and have already been upgraded from ilvl to duelist 
same… bump bump bump
Got sick of waiting 9 days for my necklace to be fixed so I bought another necklace. Was able to socket it completely fine, but the one from 9 days ago is still bricked. Thanks for making me waste 550 conquest blizzard! They won’t fix it either because conquest cap is removed next week and they can’t be bothered.

I still got the brick necklace in my bags from 2 weeks ago. PVP bugs must be incredibly low on the priority list. I got a few weeks left of playtime on my sub, so it no longer concerns me. Time to move on for me.
Same I bought another neck, old one still bugged.
This week both rings are bugged and cannot take vault socket. fun times
