Sadly, no. Stygia and Cinders are still character locked.

Was the worst part of gearing my alt.
As someone who ignores korthia grind getting stygia felt bad. Running around the law getting 50/pop. Thankfully i ignore korthia rares so got the one that venari gives 1k for.
Raids should drop w/e currency is needed for raid items imo.
Im personally waiting on 9.2 to gear my next alt because ill be able to buy full 230 gear from the AH
Nope, but you can buy gear and weapon tokens and mail those.
You can loot that once a day on every character. I found the best way is to realm hop by joining the world boss groups until you see it. Loot it quickly then run to a safe spot and drop group and aggro.
If you have alts you don’t play you can just leave them parked there.
