Kyrian Covenant questline ‘Stewards of a Feather’ is currently from a disappearing Sika NPC as well as frequently released, chained Stewards not becoming interactive once freed from their chains.

Yep, still bugged. I hearth’d back to Elysian Hold and flew back, saw Sika for a few seconds with the completed quest marker above the head and then the NPC disappeared.
Same as above, Cannot complete Stewards of a Feather. NPC is phased.

I’m also having the same issue. Appears to be a phasing problem with turning in the other two quests first.
Same issue on EU servers.
EDIT: It spawned for me. I walked away towards the that big tower thing in the middle, then walked back and she respawned and was able to turn in the quest.
Not showing up for me at all, despite having the quest icon appearing on the map.
still is bugged on my side as well.
Mine eventually appeared after sitting there for 5 minutes.
I also can’t turn mine. NPC disappeared.
Still an issue. Turn in NPC disappears and either takes forever to respawn, or is phased out. Not sure which.
Same here. They cannot be clicked on and I cannot turn in the quest. A temp fix was to log off and I waited about 3-5 minutes and they were clickable again/quest was able to be turned in.
As of 12-26-2020 this quest is still bugged I tried waiting for 20 minutes and still couldn’t turn in the quest.
It is still bugged I managed to get it done on my feral druid, but can’t finish it on my war after abandoning 3 times… please help
