In the mandatory campaign quest, Step Into the Light, I cannot enter the instance. The loading screen appears for the instance, but the progress bar doesn’t increase at all and it eventually after several minutes it kicks me back to Bastion. The quest cannot be completed and it breaks the entire shadowlands campaign.
