For the life of me; after completing campaign on 1 toon, and doing hallowfall campaign on 2 alts, i cannot find the quest Steel and Flame. Just trying to get the Algari helm appearance, but i do not know where this questline starts. Apparently not in hallowfall if you do the scout map.

The quest is on a "time delay and only appears on certain days (WoWHead source). If it is not there today, it will be there tomorrow.

Starts with General Steelstrike who can pop up either in Mereldar, or here:

and the delay is every other day, so if you miss her on Monday, try her on Tues/Wed. I’ve had a few QGs take 3 days to show up.
