I submitted the repeatable quest that was available to get my booty bay rep up to neutral. However, my other steamwheedle cartel reps are still deep into hated and I cannot do quests for them. Once Booty Bay rep is neutral the repeatable quest disappeared so I cannot continue to turn in for the other factions either.
