tons of people have been saying that all the side quests in war within reward reputation with that zones faction and i know several people that are already renown 9 from doing all these. However, I just tried to knock out several side quests myself and none of them rewarded reputation. were only certain ones giving out the rep or whats the deal? did blizzard stealth nerf this and screw everyone who didn’t have early access and take advantage early on of side quests?
Haven’t seen anything about nerfing rep. Most people who’ve done as much as me, have the same rep. Even a guildy who’s a day behind is almost there.
Which quests in which zone?
I haven’t really tried other than questing, am 8 in Dorn, 7 in Hallowfall, 6 in Severed Threads and barely 5 in Machine Speakers.
you get a rep token when you complete a subset of side quests in a given area. Go do Mourning Rise in Dorn, and when you wrap it up, the final quest has all of the rep.
Same for every side hub on all 4 zones.
The individual quests don’t reward the rep, you have to finish the ‘set’. These ‘sets’ seem to line up with the individual parts of the Sojourner of ZONE achievements.
No, they’re not listed that way, just go to an area and do all the quests there, when you run out, the last one available gives the rep token in the rewards. However, it’s a one time reward per warband since rep is warband wide. Subsequent alts won’t get another token.
