Cloaked in shadow should be disabled,
Stealth should have a longer cooldown,
Eyes should spawn after 30sec and every 30sec, and have the same outline effects as DH and remove the 10% extra damage taken from eyes.
Just delete rogues.
If the team is double stealth the eyes should either spawn instantly or in like 10 sec to discourage them from waiting around forever.
It should also put you on some kind of DR so they cant just spam sap/blind you making the eye useless.
i was thinking about this, but it wouldnât work because players would just grab the eye off cooldown against rogues.
it canât have any buffs or debuffs i think. it just needs to reveal players who are in stealth better, I.E. with nameplates or making it like DH spectral sight
I think spec sight prob the fairest thing if it gets an update.
However the getting put on sap DR thing is beyond asking too much and open to abuse towards matches.
Unless you have some kind of way around it rogues have enough control to make eye useless even if you can see them. Sap spam + blind + stunning and running is all it takes.
The DR could have a smart toggle where it only activates if itâs a 1v1 scenario or only works on sap but something needs to give because the interaction is to lopsided in rogues favor for them to ever lose if they donât throw.
Rogues existences is abuse in matches.
It absolutely has to have a smart toggle.
Otherwise everyone gets punished by unintentional DR or intentionally grabbing eye to DR a GO for a healer. This punishes everyone unfairly that uses a incap DR.
But I hate to break it to you. The eyes not saving you. In any instance. Even with a smart toggle and a DR being added on sap or blind. You just gotta figure out the 1v1.
Nothings stopping the rogue from pillaging like any other class on a mount lol. Youâre searching for a solution in the wrong place. Youâre blaming losses on eye.
Just win the match and donât get in a 1v1 is a much more optimal solution to seek.
Literally everyone knows this. The whole point of the eye is to be able to get pressure on the rogue and try to force the opener, not auto win against them.
The 1v1 if you arenât another stealth class is either you survive til damp and then die or rogue kills you because you canât survive the damage anyway. Itâs literally the rogues game to lose.
Playing the rogue in this scenario is literally one of the easiest things in the game and Iâve won multiple matches on my alt rogue that I shouldnât have just because of how easy the class makes it.
Itâs way easier to deal with a rogue in that scenario because more classes have means of reacting or catching up to the rogue. Also I donât blame losses on eye, I blame losses on rogue being fail proof and busted to a point where my own outplays donât matter because the rogue can just win with his classes design.

Your anecdotal input seems to come from the low end of the bracket from your alt rogues perspective and your main. Which is fine, but donât act like some classes canât win a 1v1 against a rogue. Not every rogue is going to play perfect.
Btw when you catch the rogue with eye he can just stun and re off that. Your problem isnât the eyes functionality and itâs not going to give you an edge. Truthfully youâre just giving him a 5% damage increase on you.
agreed eye needs a buff just have it not drop until stealth target is knocked, maybe redue the spawn times but unless you hold in left click lookin at opposite side of pillar youre on next to impossible to knock even then its a long shot

Thatâs literally the issue everyone has with rogues, they donât play perfect and they still win. The difference in the amount of effort required to play as a rogue vs playing against a rogue is insane.

This does need to be addressed. Make it like DH vision to where it can see through walls. and if not in combat they have to make it to where they cant be sapâd. Blind is ok cause its making them use a CD. imo but sap nah 3 saps and run then the next eye they can just blind and both eyes gone. someone else said bring them up first 30 secs of the match⌠not first 1.5 mins and then every 30 secs after that as well.
