Hi. I’m levelling a MM hunter. Does Steady Shot ever get used? It seems pretty pointless and I was wondering if I should just remove it from my bar (or place it in a not often used keybind?)
Any hunters can give us a heads up on Steady Shot?
If you have Steady Focus talented it’s used to maintain a pretty nice haste buff, otherwise it’s just a filler spell you use when you’ve got nothing more important to press

Don’t remove it from your bar. For longer fights it’s very important for generating focus.

Yes, it’s your moving, repositioning, focus building shot. Keep it on your bars.
For maximum DPS, Always Be Casting. To keep this rule, you will need Steady Shot.
The fact that Blizzard had to add Steady Shot in at all, speaks to a spec design issue. The whole energy system for Hunters never sat well with me. I’d rather see a builder and spender build to be honest. Something that feels good to play and isn’t about maintaining what is a dull haste buff.
The Haste buff didn’t seem worth-while to me.
Stacking Haste and with the buff active, Aimed Shot was still slow.
