Whenever I mouseover the Game Menu (the micro bar button that shows home/world latency, framerate, bandwidth, and addon memory etc) I get the most consistent mini freezes I’ve ever seen before.
Basically, for the entire time I look at my latency/fps etc by mousing over that button, I mini freeze for 0.3 seconds, then unfreeze for 1 second, then mini freeze for 0.3 seconds, then unfreeze for 1 second, and so on, repeating this way literally endlessly, and -perfectly- timed like this the whole time. Its like clockwork.
The odd thing is, even though the game world mini freezes constantly, I can still move my cursor around and see it move even during the freezes (of coarse if I move the mouse off the button, the freezes end, but if I move the cursor in circles -on- the button, the cursor never mini freezes, just everything else does. The instant I move my mouse away, I go back to having no meaningful lag at all like I said, and I haven’t found other things that cause this odd mini freezing to happen.
Any idea what’s going on with this? It might not be some super gamechanging issue, I can play the game just fine with it, but it’s obviously not a good thing, and I’d like to figure out a solution to this, or fix whatever is wrong. It’s pretty annoying to deal with all the same.
