How far into the nazjatar questing is the Stay of Execution Scenario? Says I am on Clearing out the Cache right now.
Trying to get tauren heritage armor.
First you have to reach level 3 with one follower, after that you have to talk to Lor´Themar and he will send you to Orgimmar to start Stay of Execution, after ending the whole chain quest a tauren npc in the Orgrimmar Embassy will show up, she will give you the quest for the heritage armor.

Note that you also have to have completed the 8.1.5 War Campaign which itself requires you to have killed Jaina in BoD (even though they did not require this raid step to unlock Zandalari Trolls). Which is a bit annoying for those of us with no interest in raiding.
