I can’t find Skeer the Bloodseeker to finish the Stay Klaxxi achievement. I have checked to see if I completed the questline to open him in the underwater cave, and I have (they are all “true”), I have been in the underwater cave many times, he is not there. I am exalted with the Klaxxi. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the Paragons of the Klaxxi encounter in the Seige of Orgrimmar, but I have done that raid, too. I only have the Battle Hymn buff to collect for the achievement. I just spent the last two hours searching icy veins, wowhead, reddit, etc. for help and cannot figure out what to do. Any help? Thanks.
