Stay Classy Achievement issue

Another brief update from my guild:

Player recently dinged 50 and finished the rep requirements on an undead monk. After weekly reset, Classy Undead was completed and awarded. Those who are still insisting max level is 60 are just plainly incorrect.

Either the blue-post supporting this idea is incorrect or there is another bug relating to this achievement that is allowing progress to be made at level 50 (both equally concerning).

Troll warlock is still displaying as 60/120 for us as well and is almost certainly the result of a separate bug relating to the squish.

Update: Well, we have yet to get our troll warlock achievement back. This has been very disappointing. It makes no sense that the level cap would be increased six weeks before we would actually be able to hit that level at all. It also makes no sense that our achievement was done, then taken away with no recourse. Should never have happened. Should never have taken so long to fix.

Our guild is also experiencing these issues. We’ve also tried much of the cited troubleshooting.

The bug with the Troll Warlock credit is especially vexing. The ticket returned with a canned response.

In addition to boosting the forum response we will also submit bug reports. Maybe one of the bug reports will catch a detail if we submit them when different race/class combinations register but the Troll Warlock still does not.

I’ve been submitting them, they are choosing to ignore them apparently which really is upsetting. This achievement was earned fairly yet they are denying it to us because of an error on their part.

Hit 50 on the last two trolls over the weekend, they were credited as complete after the weekly reset. Now just missing the warlock which was max level before the level squish. Be nice if they got this fixed before the expansion release wipes out the credit on them and have to level all ten classes to max again.

This is exactly why we know for a fact that it’s an error on Blizzard’s part. Credit would not have been given if the current level was 60, plus the fact that it took away a character that was completed before the patch went live. This has been reported and this bug report has been on the forum for quite awhile, yet it has not been addressed.

Yep, if you look at my guilds armory, Classy Orcs was completed on 10/20 and Classy Tauren on 11/10, both after the pre-patch and level squish. Having lost credit on so many race/class combinations being max level the last couple of expansions and having to hit the new max again on dozens of toons, I really don’t want to lose the progress when it is complete.
Problem is they have so many bugs in the pre-patch, not to mention all the complaints about the zombie event, I’m afraid getting this straightened out won’t be very high on their priority list.

For the warlock our warlock achievement on troll classy, Our welcome has been in the guild and honored for 3 weeks. I think it’s really dumb that blizzard changed it. We should be able to have some extra stuff to do. However our other ones were achieved after every reset.

Same issue here with troll warlock. We tried everything to get the achievement to count as it’s our last one needed to wrap up and get that last bank tab for SL.
Not looking forward to the possibility of having to make it my alt to get it to count once the max level is 60

I hear ya. The effort was already put in and we should be given credit, period.

Our troll warlock hit 60 yesterday. She is Exalted with Guild. Achievement is still not registering.

Ugh
how hard can it be to change 60/120 to 60/60.
