Stay awhile and listen

I feel like NPCs are supposed to be marked over their heads if they have “stay awhile and listen” dialog associated with them? I’m just kind of guessing who to click on right now. Am I missing something?

Yeah, I think I missed out on a conversation in Freywold Village.

Another issue with “Stay awhile and listen” I just had: Anduin had a speech bubble over his head at Light’s Blooming, I decided to turn in a quest before I talked to him, and now the speech bubble is gone and he has nothing to say. I guess I missed out on story opportunity forever unless I re-do the entire campaign on an alt and don’t accidentally make the same mistake? Please, keep iterating on this. I appreciate that the story is accessible in the game now rather than a book, and I respect that some players don’t care about it, but having a clear and consistent way to opt-in to the narrative would be so helpful. <3

Edit: Another example at Cliffside Beacon: randomly clicked on Anduin to emote hug him and discovered he had awesome contextual dialog. There was no indication that this would be the case. Please, please make this stuff easier to discover. Randomly clicking on NPCs and crossing my fingers is not a great way to experience a story.
