Ugh I’m so mad! Blizzard really needs to stop orienting their stave heads facing downward. I just bought staff the the jade serpent and it’s facing downward on your back. On top of that, you can’t see the stave orientation on your character before you buy it! They did this with another stave from wotlk tw vendor also. Stop making staves face downward, it looks so stupid!

They can’t get certain staves and polearms to sheath on the back properly no matter what, seen some polearms and staves where they are right way up, but sit so high on the back, it looks like your character will topple over.

This is why i mog the wings from Bastion rep, they hide weapons that would otherwise be on your back.
Wait until you see how consistent Polearm orientation is 
I think this sort of thing should be customizable at this point.
