My fire mage have 20% critic when i don’t use nothing to give me that stat, and my survival hunter have 13% of mastery when i don’t have item to give me that stat.
I desactivated all addon used and visual error continue.
Your mage is wearing plenty of gear with mastery on it to give you the 17% that your armory says you have. As for your survival hunter, without being able to look at that toons armory, I wouldn’t be able to tell you.
Lerrash your mage has quite few gear pieces that give you crit so I’m not sure why you say you have nothing that gives you crit.
i remember Mage Fire have some pasives that increase your critical chance
