State of the ladder: S2 participation is around a third of what it was in Season 1

This. The hype was real for vendors. People came back and gave it shot . . . left disappointed. With 90,000 people now playing PvP with something like 2-3 million players, obviously it’s pretty much dead at this point.

Exactly my situation.

How much you get paid? You shill waay to hard to be doing it for free. Or you get off being an absolute dbag

i’d be shocked if 2-3 million players was NA alone

much more likely NA/EU combined

I log on to check BMAH, that’s about it. I also still do 2s carries to feed my bmah addiction. Already got 1 glad mount this expac, so don’t care to be forced to play 6 hours doing weeklies/dailies/torghast to be able to pvp for 2-3.

Wish the game was more alt friendly, and PvP gearing wasn’t so annoying, i’d probably try other classes.

What’s funny is if they just simply made PVP gear full on wod and pulled that supposed ripcord so that we could freely switch between Covenants people would be experimenting with all some different build and you then end up getting a larger more inflated ladder.

As well as a more diverse ladder too because people willing to play “weaker specs” so more hard counters into the big metas so more types of teams at all levels.

Which all gets people coming back to the game

Did you try out the Corruption meta?

2-3m is probably on the high side tbh… id guess more like 1.5m combined now.

Was more fun than this meta

Can you imagine doing torghast, shaping fate, campaign, unlocking 2 vaults, capping conquest every week on 4 characters? I can. And it’s bullshhhh. Only took me one busy week to fall behind. Highest renown out of my 4 60s is 55 right now. I still have chars on renown 51. Just let us play the damn pvp part of the game.
