There is a certain apathy in the game playing population where WoW is concerned, it is tied to a great many things that have piled up along the way. Here is a good video on it, if you are interested.

Ignoring the truth, is not a very wise way to lead your life.
If the game had that many subs, we wouldn’t need sharding.
If you never turn warmode on, why would you need to be sharding in a current zone?
I’m not “Hating”, been subbed constant since WotLK release. But the game is not nearly as populated as you presume, which is all any of us can do since they stopped releasing sub numbers…

Playing FF14 in the meantime. Pop on every few days to clear WQ backlog. Hopefully guild will be running Crucible Friday.

The problem is complaints for years have only fallen on deaf ears, or by those who think critism of the game is a personal attack on them so they sheer up the wall from those complaints ever reaching an actual dialogue with the devs. I.e. flying, rng, abilities, level scaling, sharding, and time gating.

BTW, thats called a “Race Change”, and it was not hard to obtain 3 months into the game, then a tiny bit in 8.1.5! Its not like i had to play the entire 9 months to get it. I mean when you have time from tokens until 2020, you can jump on for 20 min to finish opening them.

Like today, friend of mine came back to the game a week ago, good friend, he has the next 3 days off to play and hes having a blast. I have not even messaged him i am home, because i can not stomach even wanting to log in.

Yeah, the game has become that bad!

Game is a friggen snorefest atm. I am doing my emissary dailies but thats it for now. Account expires in May, Will not renew.

I make jokes about it? I really did almost choke. If you or anyone else believes theres 10’s of MILLIONS playihis game, i have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you CHEAP!

Thats my problems with the original statement. We are LUCKY if we have 2 million players playing.

Also, i am subbed because i used tokens. I still have enough for 10 more if needed, but i wont. I will not be playing more than an hour a week if at all until 8.2, and even then, with it being Motor Cycle season here, ill be out there tearing up the roads rather than sit here and grind AP even more. I am hoping 8.2 will be a saving grace, but until then i with hold judgement.

Being able to fly is what will bring players back, and thats a much truer statement than the 10 million one. :slight_smile:

We are not in the late stages of the expansion though. We are still in year 1 of 2 per expansion.
