There is no denying that there is no reason to bring a warrior over a druid when the player skill is the same, especially when its the same person. On the side of “personal RNG” please provide 1 person that has a raid with an acceptable number of Protector drops, just 1… On top of that you have 9-10 players needing those tokens. Giving a prot warrior tier 6 tokens griefs your raid, period.
You chose to swap, that’s on you. You didn’t need to, but you did anyway.
We’re giving ours out for PvP and off specs. Same with Vanq.

Neither. People aren’t consistently online, and we don’t have a lot of Hunters or Shaman to gear up. We’ve gotten enough Protector to kit out 4 people, but only 2 of them have been online consistently enough to snag all their preferred pieces. One of our Hunters has multiple pieces not worn because they’re the weakest for Agility purposes and would break up her T5, one more and she’s good to go.

Well thats not enough for a raid just because your players in those classes are slackers. You have 2 people with the desired set bonuses not 4. You need dozens of protector drops. Sending gloves to pvp doesn’t count since it is the weakest piece for almost every class
Warriors are the worst tanks in the game moving forward. I believe they are still the worst tanks in the game even on retail.

I’m not lying. I don’t get what your hang up is over Protector tokens dropping but it isn’t some grand conspiracy to harm Warriors, Shaman, and Hunters by limiting their loot. RNG is RNG and you’ve already waffled several times:
- Oh your raiders must be terrible or something
- Oh gloves don’t count cuz reasons
- I’ve scoured your logs so I know your raid better than you do!
Pleeeease. I get it, you hated your own Warrior so much you rerolled Druid and now you’re happier, yay. So you say anyway. You’re anonymous and virulent so I have my doubts you even raid but the idea of swapping Druid for Warrior alone granting the raid 5k DPS is beyond absurd. Do you really expect anyone to believe you gained somewhere around a 20% RAIDWIDE DPS buff by simply inserting a Feral Druid alt over a Warrior main?

Looking at gorefiend we went from 32k raid dps to 35k . There was no major loot between the runs just a switch in MT. Adding 6% crit to some serious melee pumpers + a higher threat ceiling for the locks was massive. Both runs had the same healer get the debuff first so it was an easy comparison. The changes on the other bosses were similar, some more and some less but more RNG involved.
Gorefiend eh? No reason to believe the order of guaranteed deaths had anything to do with it? Naw… the now 3k (it was 5k before) raid difference must be because a Feral druid suddenly made everyone bleed the boss harder…

I have slow days at work and sometimes, like today, I spend half my day on hold with a federal agency on behalf of a client. Only so much I can do while endlessly listening to a terrible song. I swear there are chiptunes of old NES games that are less grating and repetitive…

Warrior can Outhreat bear they just have to stop using stupidly fast weapons a nice slow one hander with WF will put any bear tank threat to shame.
Same thing with chasing threat on Gruul or Voidreaver if your prot war says they can’t do they are just bad.
