What is the stat priority in pvp and pve and why? Mainly for 3s and mythic +.

For Resto in Mythic+ it would be Crit> Vers=Haste
You need enough vers to not get 1-2 shotted. And enough haste to get your casts off.
Enhance is always Haste + Mastery in PvE
Elemental is Haste/Crit or Crit/Haste if you’re playing the Wildfire build in M+, probably more Haste/Mastery if you’re playing a build that goes into the overload talents
People will disagree with me, but Crit/Haste is probably the best bet for Resto M+ as very often resto suffers from not being able to cast fast enough to get a heal off before needing to move out of something. Normally the prio would be Crit/Vers.
For PvP? Probably Haste/Vers for Enhance and Ele
Maybe crit/vers for resto.
I’m guessing on PvP. That’s a different game than WoW for me.
I’m focused on mastery. Using mountains will fall. I like solo shuffle and RBGS. So I’l kill targets are important. Plus I find that no one cares about dispelling flame shock anymore. I use more spells that benefit from mastery.
Elemental really offers a ton of play style options but instant casts are required for pvp if your going hard
