Stat priority - Frost

If I understand correctly, the updated frost mage stat priority is

  1. Intellect;

  2. Mastery;

  3. Critical Strike (t 33.34)

  4. Versatility;

  5. Haste.

I haven’t updated gear to match the changes but has anyone else done so, and has it made a difference?
