When using stasis for cauterizing flame how does it know how to target the cleanse for? Do you target a player when storing it or does it select a player at random?

not sure if you’re still looking for an answer to this, but it will attempt to cast on the same target you had when you stored it during stasis. So, if you want to dispel 3 diffrerent people with Stasis->Cauterizex3, you will need to target the 3 people you want to dispel separately when storing.
