Starweaver is the other choice on the Rattle the Stars node. Starsurge has a 20% chance to make your next starfall free, and starfall has a 40% chance to make your next starsurge free. Can be fun at times if you get really lucky. I feel like this used to be one of the legendaries back in Legion.
Rattle the Stars is the 5% cost reduction and 8% damage bonus for 6 seconds that can stack twice that applies to every starfall/starsurge you cast and you get a stack each time you cast starfall/starsurge.
Is this some special type of trolling?
sadly it is lower DPS than rattle the stars in most if not all situations, and rattle the stars is reliable and doesn’t rely on RNG at all.
I do enjoy the gameplay of it, it does feel nice when you get lucky and can spam a bunch of procs in a row.
