DK in its current design is pretty explicitly terrible outside of a progression raiding environment. We don’t have one of the good class devs.

really? cause i feel dk is pretty powerful… we have an ‘ok’ self heal, we can battle-rez, we get enchanting (which for MoP-remix is something unique!), we have an anti-magic bubble, we’ve got a mob-stun, and our attacks are pretty strong feeling!

It’s Remix. You’re not declined because of some perceived “DKs are bad.” You’re declined because there’s seven billion DPS applying.

i appreciate the suggestion, but… well… i’m not a tank. i freak myself out with worry every time i’ve attempted tanking. so… blood is a no-go for me.

also, i’ve never tanked outside of shadowfang keep, deadmines, ragefire chasm, stormwind stockades and gnomeregan.
too stressful, would make me pop a bloodvessel.

Haven’t paid attention really, does ReMix have cross faction raiding? My screen is too busy getting exploded with Fire and Ice storms and Thrall’s Thunderous Orbs and my Essence Fonts in everyone’s faces.
Cause if it allows (I believe MG, WrA, ED are the same battle group / shard). Might be free to help out little later today / evening (if kiddos behave) with a group as a chaotic Healing DPS lol…
i want to believe you. i really, really do, but… i know how i am. i’d be panicking about threat, worrying i was being a bad tank, thinking the dps would be hating me- i know how i am with tanking.
yup. every raid i’ve been in has been cross-faction.
The only way threat matters is if the DPS is like 100 ilvls higher than you, and at that point they can probably just solo the boss so threat still doesn’t matter

and that fact… only makes me more worried. oh god. it’s the stress of tanking, with the added worry of your ilevel not measuring up! 
To be honest there are probably only a few class devs and each is doing multiple classes
If someone is that geared, theyll never care about pulling threat

i’m just gonna say it: i think i’d be safer-off making a priest, and leveling a whole new character… so that’s exactly what i’m gonna do.
healing isn’t as stress-inducing for me as tanking is. it’s just reverse-dps.
I’m actually enjoying playing a UHDK in remix .
The only thing that makes me sad is when it is over I will most likely lose my Blink cogwheel gem and have to go back to using Deaths Advance . Also having a gem that ranomly drops down fire meteors on npcs is fun too
