Starting BFA Quest

Hello!

So, there have been a few threads asking how to start the BFA quest. For those who are aware, please ignore this thread. I just wanted to post a helpful thread to direct those who were not aware.

Solution:
There is an NPC next to their respective war board which begins the War campaign:

Hero’s Herald (Alliance) - next to the hero’s call board
Warchief’s Herald (Horde) - Next to Warchief’s call board

To make sure it worked, I ran it through on both horde and alliance and got through the scenarios, cutscenes, and up to the zone pick to start the BFA content. Nothing was broken.

Thanks for checking it, but I tried three characters. Checked the board in the trade district in Stormwind and spoke with both guards. I suspect that it is not showing because I have some other quest line phased.

After days with the problem, and checking SW every day, today the NPC next to the Board in Trade District offered me the Tides of War and I could go to BFA. Maybe they did some kind of server side hotfix?

Yes, was in the hotfix notes for October 19.
