Starter Account conversion

Brand new player. Created a starter account in Wow (NOT classic). Converted to fully paid at level 20. But it stiull functions as a “starter account” - for example i cant do pet battles (hunter).
What do I need to do?

It can take up to 24 hours for a starter account to fully unlock.
