cannot update or install anything on battle.net launcher, having different issue on other computer within network where my wife cannot log in properly. Have reinstalled battle.net launcher, restarted my router, restarted my computer, and ended the battle.net processes in control panel
I found a trick with Battle.net…
Run Battle.net as Administrator.
Go into menu… Select Beta and accept.
It will download Beta…
Restart Battle.net…
You can now test WoW… Play.
If all is good…
Go back into Battle.net menu and click Beta again…
Return to normal…
This should redownload Battle.net App…
Restart Battle.net…
Click on Play…
Have fun…
A step forward! was able to update immediately, but now I can’t login to server now on either of my computer 
Give the computer a restart…reboot.
The issue is that there’s still a Bnet update process running in the background even after you close everything. Go to your task manager (ctrl+alt+del or right-click the Windows/Start icon on your task bar & select in the menu) and make sure that the “Battle.net Update Agent,” and anything else related to WoW is closed (right-click & choose “End Task”). Once you open it again it should work just fine.
