Starlight Recrafted weapon causing me to LOSE item level when equipping

After reset of 11.2.5, I re-crafted a 675 Charged Runeaxe today with the Enchanted Gilded Ethereal Crest and the Gilded Starlight Matrix.
The weapon shows as 727 with the appropriate stats:

  • 25086 Intellect
  • 35043 Stamina
  • 707 Haste
  • 707 Versatility
    However, when I but when I equip the weapon instead of my 701 Hand of Beledar my overall item level drops from 701 to 693 and I LOSE around 14,000 intellect.
    I wish I could post a screenshot, I’m not sure why it is happening and when I log out the armory says my ilvl is 702
    My spells are hitting for less so it is not just a visual bug.
    Please help!

multiple posts on the same topic eventually fall off the page and get no look from blizzard. Repeat posting in an already existing thread bumps that thread and keeps it front and center in front of blizzard.
