Staring at that 70$ price tag for FF7R (please help)

I really can’t make a decision here. I looked forward to this game for years, I don’t own a PS to play it on. I was a fan of FF7 but not die-hard… it wasn’t my favorite, 9 is and always will be.

It released for pc a day or so ago on the epic game store…$70 for a game that is almost 2 years old wtf? is it really worth it? I felt like the first disk of FF7 was the worst… I hated being stuck in Midgar, but loved the characters and gameplay. Just didn’t like the gloomy city.

I’m really stumped, I’m afraid I will get it and not like it cause it isn’t turn-based. I just really need someone to talk me into or out of it I guess…

its a bad port and its on epic just wait till they pull it and put it on steam
or if that doesn’t happen it might go on sale or something and get it then

also modders might be able to fix a lot of the problems with the port

so really wait for sale

$70 for any game (unless it’s has 2 games of equal quality, content and such, with all the DLC and such or more) is never worth it.
