Staring at my warrior in the login screen

So my warrior is going pretty well, but every time I think of end game, I think I’ve made the wrong choice.

End game goals:

  1. pvp and world PvP like crazy
  2. do the odd raid for gear
  3. have a good amount of gold and epic mount (I hate being gold poor)

While I know warriors rely on group fights to excel, that doesn’t bother me… what bothers me is how gear dependant it is at 60. The other thing that bothers me is that warrior can’t print money like a mage can or various other classes.

Did I choose the wrong class for what I want to do?.. I just like running around with a 2h weapon and smashing clothies :stuck_out_tongue:

no, you just took hard mode.

Strictly speaking, I’d have to say the optimum class for that, would be shaman, specifically enhancement shaman.

So…yes? If “running around with a 2h weapon and smashing clothies” is truly all you’re interested in playing for.

Should have gone rogue.

That and having gold and an epic mount lol

Go for a walk, call your mom. Do some real life things. Take a break bud.

Pretty much this…enh shamans are kinda memey but they cannabalize clothies like nobody’s business

Warrriors are living gods. If you don’t want to be a living god and instead become a weak peasant rogue or shaman, that’s entirely up to you my friend!

But Gods aren’t poor

It angers me that we can’t solo any content for gold.

Correct me if I’m wrong but shamans are in the same boat of being broke @$$ as warriors are? Lol

I’d say switch.

For everything you detailed, Warrior would be the most work put in to get.

But switch to what?

Mage or Hunter.

I could do both… is there a reason to choose a hunter over a mage?

Yes. Hard yes. What you meant to click was Warlock, but I think you hit the wrong button.

Definitely stay warrior.
Meta is warrior.
Everybody’s a warrior.

Warriors can do duo “jump runs” in DM East for good gold. Or you can just do an open world farm, though you will be somewhat slower than many classes, especially while you’re gearing. As a tank, you can also do things like tanking Strath Live but reserving the first righteous orb for yourself (very common practice). Additionally, any class can gather/fish for decent gold.

As far as gearing, just tank dungeons at 60 and roll on both tank and damage gear. Tanks are in very short supply and you’ll be able to dictate things like not taking a 2nd warrior in the group. Then do PvP until you get your blue set and you’ll be quite strong.

You shouldn’t have any problems meeting your goals.

You’re not limited to just 1 character. Make a 2nd, or even 3rd. You may not want to, but doing so to fund your main is really worth it.

Yea I have a feeling mage/hunter/lock would have been better choices… is it too late? Lol

Have you heard of any warriors world farming? Any locations?.. better to stick than reroll?

Would you finish the warrior first or level a farming character and then finish the warrior?

LOL! Bruh.

  1. Pvp - yes great class
  2. Odd Raid - Great, because if you can get a 2h weapon drop in a pug, then you are set.
  3. Gold - Ummmm… no, wrong class lol! Your repairs are the highest cost, you kill slower, you have no sustain, you need to keep gear updated while leveling.
If you get over the gold thing, then sounds perfect lol.
