Starhub Singapore, Singtel, MyRepublic - Lots of Spikey World delay

Would be great if we could get some updates. Been almost a week of having this game unplayable. Im basically paying for a product that doesnt work.

Just so you know, I was advised by the GM the looking-glass will not help since Oceanic servers are not included in the list.

Thus, a reverse winMTR requested by my ISP is not possible. I am advised to uninstall programs , flush DNS renew IP remove addons reinstall WoW the whole 9 yard.

Can we please please fix this asap? I just got removed from a pug raid because i dced halfway the fight due to the stupid oceanic spike. People have been complaining for such a long time already and there is still no sign that this is getting fixed, this is ridiculous.

i got 2 months left on my 6 month sub. Trust me i made alot of complaints no one in blizz listened

Yeah same with me, i use XL Homepow. Basically the ping always constant the highest between 200…nowadays it spike for almost 10k

So this is a thing now? Random lag spikes while questing, world & home latency between 140-155ms. I would say the lag spikes occur every 20-30sec or so.
Now, my ping just shot up to 4 digits and I had to force quit WoW to logout.

Cant they give an update its been one day since the last update?

What a bummer, was planning to level the entire day. Guess I’ll have to switch to Plan B for today.

Anyway using NordVPN does not help either, it was the other day. Also getting 4-10k++ ping.

Guess it’s time to unsub, seeing how the last episode last month, the end result was ‘‘We did not find anything wrong’’.

8500 world latency with 37 local inside this waycrest.

it’s good PR communication if you can provide at least a daily update on what’s going on…

They reduced headcount in support departments last week…

Funny, I’ve sent the email, but have yet to receive any form of response (or even template auto response) from Blizzard.

Anyway, I’ve called Starhub moments ago and spoken to a network technical support officer - it was mentioned that I am not the first caller, and also requested me to provide more networking data/information for escalation.

Fingers crossed - I hope all of our calls can make a very strong case (or escalation) for their perusal.

Now i m lvling my alt at tichondrius realm(us) and no lag at all this latency spike is only happening with oceanic realms. This amount of players affected by same issue for this amount of time (like 4 days now) is really unacceptable. Pls fix this asap.

None worked. Problem lies with servers not players.

Problem is gone for now. ping stabalised at a higher 170+ instead of usual 140 and below.
