That every expansions going to have people complaining about it regardless of whether it does anything right or not. Nothing can wash away the stains of time this game has created. Its like a rule of nature at this point that these forums need to complain about this game.

I don’t mind people being optimistic. But it does bother me when people are being naive.

“Dragonflight will be good because this streamer said it looks good.” Yeah… he said the same things about Shadowlands.

“Dragonflight will be good because Blizzard PROMISED that THIS TIME they’re going to listen to player feedback.” They’ve made that promise many times before.

So by all means, people should be hopeful. Just please don’t be naive.

I think you and I have been around the block long enough to see the cycle of this forum. New expansion is announced, its crap but at least its not current poop expansion. New expansion releases, its total poop. remember previous 2 expansions that weren’t poop? can’t wait for new expansion. Loop back to point 1 infinitely.

I remember Summer of 2020 when people were demanding on this forum that BfA be cut short and Shadowlands be released IMMEDIATELY.

Even though everybody in beta kept telling them “it’s not ready! it’s nowhere near ready!”

Then when the delay was announced, they lost their minds.

I’m aware. Just seems kinda weird to go out of your way to mention you’ve blocked someone, and then show up in their threads. Gives off that ex that totally broke up with you but still shows up to your work every day to say hello vibe.
