Anyone else having weird delays between clicking different people on the standard raid frames when healing? If i click to fast it just stops working. There’s like a .25 seconds delay on every click as well. I swap to Vuhdo and the problem is solved, but I like the way the standard UI is configered, and i’m used to it.
What type of content do you do that the 0.25 delay would affect your gameplay? Lmao
Try Raid style frames. I’ve got no issue with those. Was healing Black Temple on TBCC last night on my Shaman, was smooth as butter. (If you already do, then I’m afraid I do not know the answer. I use Clique. )
A lot of it, especially if you’re used to slide cast.

I don’t use them, so I can’t help you there. It might be an addon interfering, though. You could try deleting your cache folder in case it’s not addon related.

I don’t use addons. I don’t to avoid this kinds of issues
I’ve also had issues with the cursor disappearing when attempting to directly click-target mobs.

I already tried this unfortunately. I appreciate that help tho. The other healers I pvp with are having the same issues =/
I wonder if its with the keybind addon you use… Vuhdo has it built in, so it might be “cast on click” while the blizzard frames it might be set to “cast on release”, I know they are changeable options in Clique and Healbot.
Might be a game issue then that we can’t fix. I’d post in Tech Support and see if they have any ideas.

if I just invite someone to party standing still in oribos, click back and forth 3-4 times pretty quickly I lose the ability to target someone else till I take a break from clicking
AGAIN: when I install a third party raid frame the problem goes away, but I like the way my standard is configured and am used to it.
Quarter second is a long time when you’re healing a raid.

Unless OP is pushing for CE right now, I don’t think 0.25 is making a difference.

Hmm, that does sound weird. I would have guessed your peripheral drivers could use an update or something, but if a 3rd party addon is fixing your issue… I would say its combo error in your UI.
Check your LUA errors, see if another addon is trying to override your blizzard frames, or deriding the command for that split second.
One test I like to do when I cannot figure something out, is disable all addons and see if the problem is there. If not, then slowly add an addon back to your UI and keep checking until the problem pops back up. Typically it narrows down which addon might be causing the comm error, thats my last guess.
If nothing else, edit the post and move it to the tech or the UI support pages, those guys are far more adept at going through the errors.
edit You havent mentioned if you are using a keybind addon with the blizzard raid frames, so if you are using the blizzard mouseover feature now, try using the blizzard frames with Clique or something. It might be a calling issue with the blizzard mouseover additions.
I am having this issue as well while channeling soothing mist as a mistweaver while changing targets.
