I equip it and the +54 hit rating is not working, at all. I went from a chest piece that had +35 hit, and lost rating swapping to the Shadowcraft one that has more hit. (19 more)
I’ve tested with having nothing equipped and equipping it, and every other way of testing.
Can confirm, same issue for me
This is still an issue. No hit rating is being applied by this heirloom.
All heirlooms are affected by this issue. No secondary stat works.
