Staggered short lag spikes between multiple computers

Hi there, ever since the launch of TWW my girlfriend and I have been experienced short lag spikes / freezes.

It only lasts for a few seconds (3-5ish) and happens maybe once every 30 minutes. The strange thing is that it will not happen to both of us at the same time, instead it happens (for ex.) to me first and then after like 10-15 seconds it will happen to her or vice versa.

I know this seems like a network issue, however this did not happen before TWW and I don’t believe it happens on classic either though haven’t played in while co can’t confirm.

Has anyone had this issue if so were you able to fix it? Could this be fixed with some game setting optimization?

Again, this never happened before TWW launch.

I’ve been having this issue intermittently since I resubbed to the game last month. Since the patch, it’s been happening much more frequently, sometimes as often as once every couple minutes. I’ve tried playing without addons, resetting my modem, and checking for driver/windows updates with no success.
