Im supposed to ride with him…I get to him I get the mount cursor and mount him. Then I get the vehicle UI with one button for some kind of frost breath but he doesn’t fly anywhere nor can I control him except for spinning around and the frost breath.
LATER EDIT: Dropped the quest I had, went back out there and was able to do the whole questline over again.
Its amazing how the game hasn’t fixed this for months. Here I am stuck with the same situation.
Dumb game charging 15$ a month to play and they cant hire people to look into bugs and actually fix them.
They should consider themselves lucky people even play the game with its monthly subscription, But instead you get this.

I clicked on my nameplate to leave the instance and then started it over and it worked.
Still a problem
Still a really annoying problem, absolutely frustrating to get so far and come up short. I ended up having to abandon quest and got through it a lot faster with my angry dpsing. I had to pick up the quest again in Victor’s something in Twilight Highlands. I ended up completing it thank god. Was worried after reading people had run into the problem multiple times.
Come on Blizz, stop focusing on shiz for the online store and start fixing the game.
