I cannot obtain the Party Palace and subsequent meta The Party Hareld because I am missing Staff: Bastion Ambassador. I am exalted with Ember Court, and have all Guests to Best Friends. Using the quest complete macro all Ember Court Ambassador quests come up True. The one that seems to have bugged out is quest ID 61895. I also do not have a Bastion Ambassador standing in the area with Lady Ilinca. I have attempted to party sync with someone who has the quest available. I have tried changing covenants. All the information I am seeing is saying I should have both achievements complete. Submitted a support ticket and I was told they could do nothing, and a bug report was all I could do.
