If people leave after 1 wipe, what if blizz gave stacks of determination for each group wipe?

Maybe if they start this after the timer is up, that seems fine. But then everyone and their mother will be selling untimed 20 keys.

I was thinking something like this tbh. Timer expires, you can get “determination” for attempts post timer fail. On the one hand, I agree, people will start probably exploiting this, but on the other hand, it just fosters a “don’t give up, finish this key” mentality by providing an incentive to try again.

I don’t think even five stacks would make up for someone leaving, and that would be at least 21 deaths…Which probably means a dead key anyway.
Since M+ revolves around 5 people as opposed to 25, those stacks would mean significantly less.
M+ doesn’t need a crutch.
Its not exploiting if everyone is doing it and it is there for everyone to do. The content will still be harder it will just have a buff like we have had at the end of an expansion.

There’s already this, you can reset lust from an NPC when the timer is expired.
That’s where the heart starts beating and you need too hit those buttons faster!
