Stable problems?

I was wondering if any other hunters have a buggy stable. All of my pets are not in there and it’s all messed up trying to stable a pet. It’s just replaced with another random pet. I can work around the later, but I hope my pets aren’t really missing.

Everything was fine two days ago. How long has this been going on for you?

Just checked my hunter with the most pets, especially ones Ive had for years, and it seems fine.

And Im not sure what you mean by it being messed up trying to stable a pet. Do you mean, as in taking it from your 5 active puts and putting it into the stable at the Stable Master? I just look at the Active pets, click “Put in Stable” and it moves into the stable, leaving an empty spot, which I can then select another pet to fill.

I logged into my hunter just now and everything looks fine.

Even swapped pets around, stabled and un-stabled some. Everything seems to be functioning.

It’s been at least a week or more. And the search is broken for me.

I get no empty slot when I try to stable. And I am sure I am missing at least one pet.

So when you click on a pet on the Active row and Put in Stable, it doesn’t move? Or it moves and doesnt leave an empty circle?

It is replaced with an entierly different pet. So wierd.

That is weird. I’d definately try disabling all add ons and relogging and see if it still happens. If it does perhaps make a post on the bug forum, see if anyone has any ideas there.

No stable slot issues whatsoever.

I am very minimalist with addons, if that counts for anything.

Try the usual suspects:

  1. Exit game, delete cache folder, try again.
  2. Disable addons, reload UI, try again.
  3. Do a full UI reset, delete cache folder again, try again.

Almost one hour and not one “unstable” joke.

I had this issue today! It started after I tried getting rid of this crappy bird I didn’t want anymore, but seemed to never really delete from my stable?

I tried disabling all of my addons, reloading, but only having my addons all disabled then fully exiting the game seemed to fix it. Sorry to necro the post, but figured if people were still having this issue, I could just comment here (since when having the issue, this is the first post that came up even through Google) and let people know it was still ongoing rather than making a whole new post for… the same problem.
