ST Difficulty

This raid is an absolute joke right now after these nerfs. Either create different raid difficulties for players that want harder fights, or just revert health pools back to the first nerf. keep the dmg nerfs (maybe). there is no reason eranikus should have 1.4mil hp i mean come on. snooze fest already on farm 1st week

its actually crazy how insanely easy it is now. Literally faceroll it felt like.
But, i guess its technically still just a leveling dungeon. Can only hope they do better balance in the true lvl60 endgame raids.

it picked up over 800 kills since yesterday. jumping to 1000 full clears.

i mean 1 ur not posting on ur sod character so stop hiding. 2, they fixed the cheese on fights and changed a few other things without telling anyone. so if ur experiencing these new chanegs for the first time not expecting something then theres obv gonna be some learning there. i mean get real dude lolol

SoD was quite literally advertised as a casual experience that everyone can do. If you want endless wipes all night try retail

If you want a challenging raid go run it with 10 people.

They should always tune raids around the average boomer brained mouthbreather and let players come up with their own way to challenge themselves.

Depends on what you define as ā€œbadā€, I suppose. I wouldn’t really call anyone that can at least perform their rotation and properly respond to the most basic forms of mechanics bad

These kind of people only care about excluding people from getting the best gear. That’s all this is about.

They just want to flex and get an ego boost out of thinking they are better than you.

If you want to increase the difficulty just don’t enter the raid with 200g worth of pots and full world buffs.
People be seeking the biggest advantages to make things easier then complaining it’s not difficult :sweat_smile:
Or I dunno, get a group full of PuGs because nothing is harder than that lmao.

In all seriousness though, it’s not even end game, it’s not meant to be hard. We get like 7 lockouts total on it which isn’t very many.

I’ll be real with you though, it’s still vanilla at heart and that means 90% of the difficulty is artificial and it nothing but stat blocks anyway.
Most of which is attempted to be negated through the use of consumable buffs and potentially resource potions.

Raids being harder just means the poor class balance would be more detrimental, raid comps would just be highly cookie cutter (see vanilla warrior), and requirements for consumes significantly increased.
