can we like get a cap on this for real the ive done several amounts of testing on this ability and the fact u can go a full 2mins of spamming ss and not get a double procc is utter crazy especally when a lot of outlaws kit is based around a double hit proc with ss and ambush so can we get like a cap limit like say idk 8-10 max u can go without getting a proc then get one guarenteed this thing just feels like utter trash when u cant get a proc ive a shuffles where i went almost the whole thing without getting one
